General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services of HUDI DANCE OÜ. By using the website, booking classes, or purchasing services from the studio, the user confirms their agreement with these terms.

The studio provides services in dance training, pole fitness, functional stretching, physical development, studio rental, and educational programs.
Studio Services
Through the studio website, users can book training sessions, purchase memberships, register for workshops, purchase educational programs or courses, rent the studio (hall rent), and access information and materials published on the website.
The studio reserves the right to change the class schedule, service prices, and terms of service at any time.
Payment for Services
Payment for studio services is made either by bank transfer using the details provided on the website or booking system, or by online payment through Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce) in the payment environment available on the website or booking platform. A service is considered confirmed only after payment has been received. The studio reserves the right to refuse service if payment confirmation has not been received.
Memberships
Memberships for group classes are valid for one calendar month during the period specified at the time of purchase. Exceptions may apply to specific courses, intensives, or educational programs, which may have separate terms and validity periods. Unused classes cannot be transferred to the following month and are not compensated after the membership expires.
A missed class may be attended in another group only if the following conditions are met:
— the class was cancelled by the studio
— there are available spots in another group
— the make-up class takes place within the validity period of the current membership.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation of a group class, private lesson, or studio rental is possible no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation is made later than this, the class or rental is considered used and the payment is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Payments for purchased memberships and services are non-refundable. An exception may apply if a class is cancelled by the studio. In such cases, the studio may offer rescheduling of the class, a make-up class in another group, an extension of the membership validity, or a refund. The decision is made by the studio depending on the circumstances.
Age Requirements
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend classes. Minors may attend classes only with written consent from their parents or legal guardians. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the health and safety of the minor participant.
Health Condition and Responsibility
Participants confirm that they are in a physical condition that allows them to participate in physical activity, understand the risks associated with physical exercise, and take responsibility for their physical condition during classes. HUDI DANCE OÜ is not responsible for injuries or health issues that occur as a result of individual physical conditions, failure to follow the instructor’s recommendations, or violation of safety instructions.
Participants understand that dance training, pole fitness, and physical exercise may involve a risk of injury and voluntarily accept these risks. By attending classes, participants confirm that they participate at their own initiative and at their own responsibility. Participants agree to follow the instructor’s instructions and safety rules. If these instructions are not followed, the studio is not responsible for possible consequences.
Late Arrival
For safety reasons, participants are recommended to arrive 5–10 minutes before the class begins. If a participant arrives more than 15 minutes late, the instructor has the right to deny participation, as missing the warm-up increases the risk of injury.
Personal Belongings
The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the studio premises.
Damage to Equipment
Participants agree to treat the studio equipment and property with care. In case of intentional damage to equipment, the participant is required to compensate for the damage caused.
Photo and Video Recording
Photo and video recording may take place during classes in the studio. By registering for classes, participants agree that photos and videos may be used by the studio and published on social media, the studio website, or in promotional materials. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must inform the studio administration in advance.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to follow safety rules, follow the instructor’s recommendations, treat other participants with respect, take care of studio equipment, and not attend classes under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances. The studio reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant’s behaviour or condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Intellectual Property
All materials on the website, including texts, photographs, videos, educational materials, and training programs are the intellectual property of HUDI DANCE OÜ. Copying, distributing, or using these materials without written permission from the studio is prohibited.
Force Majeure
The studio is not responsible for cancellation of classes due to circumstances beyond its control, including emergencies, technical issues with the premises, government restrictions, or other events outside the studio’s control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUDI DANCE OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the studio services or participation in classes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian law.
Changes to Terms
The studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on the website. Continued use of the studio’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
