Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Cancellation of the studio rental is possible no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation is made later than this, the rent will be considered used. If a rental is cancelled by the studio, the client may be offered a refund or a reschedule. Rental payment Studio rental must be paid in advance. Rental start time You may enter the studio no earlier than 10 minutes before your rental time. This rule ensures privacy for the current renter using the studio. Please respect the personal space and boundaries of other studio users. Studio access The renter may lock the studio from the inside during the session to ensure privacy. However, access to the studio must be provided no later than 10 minutes before the end of the rental time, so the next renter or instructor can start on time. Studio order After the rental, please return all equipment to its original place and leave the space clean. The studio must be left in the same condition in which it was received. Equipment damage If any equipment is damaged or technical issues occur during the rental, please inform the studio administration immediately. End of rental After finishing the rental: — turn off the lights — close both studio doors — return the keys to their designated place Air conditioner Normally, the air conditioner should be turned off after the rental. During the cold season, when the outside temperature is 5°C or lower, the air conditioner should be left on at 18°C with the lowest fan setting. In this case, the doors to the studio room should remain closed to maintain a stable temperature. By booking a class or renting the studio, you agree to follow these studio rules.
