Cancellation Policy

Class Attendance Arrive on time Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts so you have enough time to change and prepare for training. Late arrival If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may not allow you to join the class, as missing the warm-up increases the risk of injury. Booking & Cancellation Cancellation policy Cancellation of a group class, private lesson or studio rental is possible no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation is made later than this, the class will be considered used. If a class is cancelled by the studio, the participant may be offered a rescheduled class, the possibility to attend another group, an extension of the membership, or a refund. Membership validity Memberships are valid for one calendar month. Unused classes cannot be transferred after the membership expires. Make-up classes A missed class may be attended in another group only if: — there are available spots in the group — the make-up class takes place within the current membership period — the class was not missed due to a late cancellation — or the class was cancelled by the studio
