Studio Services
Through the studio website, users can book training sessions, purchase memberships, register for workshops, purchase educational programs or courses, rent the studio (hall rent), and access information and materials published on the website.
The studio reserves the right to change the class schedule, service prices, and terms of service at any time.
Payment for Services
Payment for studio services is made via bank transfer using the details provided on the website or booking system. A service is considered confirmed only after payment has been received. The studio reserves the right to refuse service if payment confirmation has not been received.
Memberships
Memberships for group classes are valid for one calendar month during the period specified at the time of purchase. Exceptions may apply to specific courses, intensives, or educational programs, which may have separate terms and validity periods. Unused classes cannot be transferred to the following month and are not compensated after the membership expires.
A missed class may be attended in another group only if the following conditions are met:
— the class was cancelled by the studio
— there are available spots in another group
— the make-up class takes place within the validity period of the current membership.
Refund Policy
Payments for purchased memberships and services are non-refundable. An exception may apply if a class is cancelled by the studio. In such cases, the studio may offer rescheduling of the class, a make-up class in another group, an extension of the membership validity, or a refund. The decision is made by the studio depending on the circumstances.
